If it is a custom handmade sneaker, no. No refunds will be given after 24 hours as all base shoes are customised specifically for you and cannot be returned to our suppliers once the process has begun.

However, if there is a legitimate mistake on our part, we will of course fix the problem; this will require a return of your item, and we will prioritise your order to get it back to you as soon as possible
